A quick and easy recipe that I have found to be a great hit at parties is the Ranch dressing cheese ball. All you do is take 2 8oz squares of cream cheese, 1 pack of the dry ranch dressing, and chopped pecans. Let the cream cheese get soft and put it in a bowl, add the ranch dressing and mix all together. When it's completely mixed (and you might have to use you hands to mix) form into a shape of a ball, then spread out the pecans on wax paper and roll the ball mixture so that its covered in the pecans. Set it on a plate, surround it with your favorite cracker and there you have it. Please share some of your quick recipes, leave me a post.
